This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"I. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order or direction commanding the respondents no.1 to 3 to provide protection and security to the petitioners.
II. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction not to create any hindrance and interfere in the solemnizing marriage as both the petitioners are major and competent to solemnize marriage at their own will and wish."
The grievance of the petitioners is that they are major and they have solemnized marriage at their own free will, but the respondent nos. 4 to 7 are creating hindrance in peaceful living of the petitioners.
Be that as it may, in case the respondent nos. 4 to 7 are harassing the petitioners, they may approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur (respondent no. 2) for redressal of their grievances. It is expected that respondent no. 2 shall look into the matter and do the needful as the situation demands.
With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
