2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.211/2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is laid against the petitioner in C.C.No.7271/2016 and the trial is in progress.
5. In view of these submissions, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 filed for stay does not survive for consideration, accordingly, it is dismissed.
