When the matter was called out, none is present for the respondents. Shri Puj, learned advocate appearing for applicants submitted that let there be issuance of Rule as the interim relief is enuring since long and matter is in fact heard at length and time and again adjournment of the matter would unnecessarily thwart the process. This Court is of the opinion that matter is required to be adjourned for giving one more opportunity to the respondents to put their case. Hence, the matter is adjourned with a specific observation that if no one appears on 6.7.2012, the Court may pass appropriate order on merits without further adjourning the matter. S.O. to 6.7.2012. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
