This writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 25.11.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 764 of 2018, under Section 307 & 504 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Shahjahanpur.
A perusal of F.I.R. shows that it discloses cognizable offence as such it is not liable to be quashed.
However, it is directed that if petitioner appears and surrenders before the court below and applies for bail then his prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
