These four writ petitions are amenable to disposal by way of this common order. The petitioners in this batch of cases are aggrieved by the action of the Sub-Registrar, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, in issuing notices dated 24.06.2014 requiring them to pay deficit stamp duty for registration of their documents.
Sri K.V.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in the four cases and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue agreed that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in SUB-REGISTRAR, KODAD TOWN V/s.

In that view of the matter, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, to consider the petitioners’ documents in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in SUB-REGISTRAR, KODAD TOWN, and in the event of such consideration any dispute still remains, the documents can then be referred to the Registrar under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in all the four writ petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No costs.
