The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that C.C.No.141 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, which is under challenge in this criminal original petition has been disposed of on 12.08.2013 itself.
2.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
