Heard Mr.Deepak P. Sanchela, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted that the impugned award passed by the Labour Court is not in accordance with law, as the two workmen, who have been directed to be regularized as drivers with effect from 17.08.1993 and 19.08.1991 do not possess eligibility criteria for the post. It is further submitted that the Labour Court has granted future benefits to certain workmen with a direction to regularize them from the date of the set up of the petitioner Municipality is sanctioned.
