RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief.
“……issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in making illegal construction of the wall over Z.P. Road which leads from Srinagar Village Ibrahimpatnam linked with Nagarjunasagar Road at Srinagar Village, Tukkuguda Grampanchayat, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and also to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not taking proper steps to safeguard the above Zilla Parishad Road from Srinagar Village to Ibrahimpatnam which is linked to Nagarjunasagar Road, though the petitioner and others have submitted number of representations, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the above Z.P.Road as it is by removing the wall constructed by the 4th respondent over the said Z.P. Road….”

Even though a number of contentions have been raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made a request to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 24.03.2008 and 12.06.2008 submitted by the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 24.03.2008 and 12.06.2008 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
