We find that the petition was not argued at any point of time as on 08.02.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner though the case was called even in the second round. On 22.03.2021, it was deferred for the next date and on 23.03.2021, the counsel did not appear due to personal difficulty. Today also, none appears to press the writ petition.
Learned counsel Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh is present for the respondent.
Even otherwise, the petitioner is said to be a subsequent purchaser in the land under acquisition.
Writ petition is however dismissed for non prosecution.
