(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel Mr.Asthawadi for the petitioner states that this Special Civil Application is referred to the Division Bench as the learned Single Judge by order dated 28.2.2011 has passed the order that this Special Civil Application be heard with Letters Patent Appeal No.2240 of 2010 in Special Civil Application No.4669 of 2007 with allied matters. He further states that this Special Civil Application is placed before this bench as he has received the instructions from the petitioner to withdraw this petition unconditionally as according to him, the dispute is settled as the petitioner has accepted the settlement scheme of the respondent company.
Since learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, permission is granted. Disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
