Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request made in present application, at this stage, the respondent - Provident Fund Authority is called upon to make its stand clear as to whether the said Authority is inclined to take appropriate action, in accordance with the provisions contained under Section 8(F) of the Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act, 1952, or not.
