When the application is called out, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested for time on the ground that the senior counsel appearing with him is not available.
Mr.
Rao, learned advocate for the respondent - PF Authority has appeared and submitted that the PF Authority intends to take action against the property of the defaulting employer in accordance with the provisions under the Act, including the provisions under Section 8(F) of the Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act, 1952.
He also submitted that actually the PF Authority has already attached the property in question. However, since any reply has not been filed, time is granted until 9.4.2012 to file reply affidavit.
