This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the leraned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2016 in C.A.No.35 of 2017 dated 28.04.2017.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr comply with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.1543 of 2016 dated 28.04.2017. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
