The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to call for the records in Crime No.724 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.724 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.94 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, on 10.02.2017.
3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
