rk 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in CC No.273 of 2005, after due trial, the petitioners were acquitted from the charges, by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
