By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to complete the Enquiry on the basis of her representation dated 23.6.2015 seeking rectification of the Patta errors committed during the UDR Scheme in respect of the land in S.No.58/2 including the common land in the same survey Number and to pass final orders on the completion of the enquiry.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 23.6.2015, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.6.2015, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.6.2015 and also the pending civil suits between the parties and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to tall the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
