This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 20-11-2013 in W.P.No.33189 of 2013 dated 20-11-2013.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before the Court, Memo in Rc.No.A/46/2014, dated 3-2-2014 of the Tahsildar, Mancherial whereunder he has disposed of the petitioner’s application for implementation of Form 13-B in respect of Ac.2-00 in Sy.No.136 of Garmilla village, Mancherial Mandal.
Sri T. Koteshwara Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, stated that the order has not been communicated to the petitioner.
Inasmuch as an order already has been passed disposing of the petitioner’s application and a copy of the same is furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner at the hearing by the learned Government Pleader, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if he feels aggrieved by Memo dated 3-2-2014.
