The present application has been filed by the applicant under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India as well as under Section 482 and 93 of the Criminal Procedure Code challenging the impugned order passed by the 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmedabad (Rural) in Criminal Misc. Application No.480/2012 dated 03.05.2012.
Learned counsel, Mr.Jadeja for learned counsel, Mr.Ruturaj Nanavati for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage with a view to make proper application under Section 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
