JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has not cared to serve the private respondent No.4 against whom the allegation is of preventing the irrigation water for the benefit of the land of the petitioner.
2. We are not inclined to adjourn this matter, as it is pending for the last three years and dispose of the same with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the issue whether there is any merit in the grievance of the petitioner.
3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
