The writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not releasing power supply connection to the petitioner’s house bearing No.16-18-123, Old Guntur, as arbitrary and illegal and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to release power supply to the petitiner’s house forthwith.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 stated that the power supply to the petitioner’s house was restored and the cause in the writ petition is no longer survives.
Accordingly, recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
