This writ petition has been filed, interalia, for the following relief:
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 27.9.2018 issued by respondent no. 3 and also stay the effect and operation of the impugned notice dated 1.10.2018 issued by respondent no. 2."
From perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner had filed a writ petition, being Writ petition No. 6687 of 2009, which was disposed of by this court on 6.2.2009 directing the petitioner to deposit the outstanding amount in instalment. Despite specific order, passed by this court,instead of depositing the amount in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has again chosen to file the present writ petition and till date he has not paid even a single penny.
Since the petitioner has failed to comply with the earlier order of this court, We do not see any justification to interfere in the matter. The writ petition, being misconceived, is hereby dismissed.
