The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 321 of 2014 instituted by the plaintiff-petition against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that on the last date the court granted time to the defendants to file written statement.
Having regard to the fact that suit is pending since the year 2014, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that serious endeavour should be made by the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
