This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.153 of 2016 dated 22.03.2016 and to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent/Police is directed to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.153 of 2016 dated 22.03.2016 and file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
