O R D E R None for the petitioner.
Sri Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
The petition is admitted for hearing and heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, has prayed for the following reliefs:
(i) for a Writ in the nature of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, declaring the 5th respondent as an illegal and unlawful out fit and banning protest undertaken by the 5th respondent on 10.02.2018 at Annexure ‘A’;
(ii) for an Order or direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders restraining the 5th respondent ‘Sena’ from conducting such illegal and unlawful protest, as against the petitioner business concern, as on 10.2.2018.
3. When the matter was taken up today, Sri.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the respondent No.5 has not conducted ‘Dharana’ on 10.02.2018.
4. The said submission is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
