The writ petition was filed against the proceedings initiated against the petitioners for recovery of the loan amount. Petitioners were granted an interim order as early as on 26.2.2009 directing payment of the entire dues in seven equal monthly instalments, payable on or before the 10th of every month, commencing from March, 2009. If the interim order has been complied with, then, definitely, there would be no dues outstanding. If not, there could be no extension of equity. Writ petition is dismissed.
