Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has come up in the present petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to District Judge, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Arbitration Case No. 397 of 2020 (National Highway Authority of India vs. Competent Authority, Land Acquisition, Kanpur Nagar) pending before him expeditiously within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to District Judge, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Arbitration Case No. 397 of 2020 (National Highway Authority of India vs. Competent Authority, Land Acquisition, Kanpur Nagar) pending before him expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
In view of the fact that due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the certified copy is not being issued by the High Court, therefore, the order downloaded from the website duly certified by learned counsel for the petitioner may be treated as true copy of the order and the Authority may not refuse to comply the order on the ground of non filing of certified copy of the order.
