Both the learned counsel and landlord are present. The counsel for the appellant submits that six months time may be granted to the appellant to vacate the premises and that the appellant is ready to pay rent @ Rs.5000/- [Rs. Five Thousand only] per month on or before 5th of every succeeding month and this proposal is aggreable to the respondent, who is present before this court.
2. In the above circumstances, this second appeal is disposed of with the following order:
The appellant shall vacate the premises on or before 31/05/2015 and till such time he shall pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- [Rs. Five thousand only] per month on or before 5th of every succeeding month and with regard to mesne profits the appellant shall pay arrears if any @ Rs.3,750/- [Rs.Three thousand and seven hundred and fifty only] per month upto November 2014 and all the arrears have to be paid positively on or before 31/01/2015.
3. With the above directions, this second appeal is disposed of.
No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending, in this second appeal shall stand closed.
