This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating agency in Crime No.1992 of 2009, on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and investigate the complaint and file final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry was already conducted and further action dropped as the dispute is one of civil in nature.
4. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy under civil law.
5. In view of the same, the petitioner's remedy lies elsewhere and no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
