It is submitted by the learned advocate that as per the order passed by this Court dated 10.05.2012 (Coram : Rajesh H. Shukla,J.), the Appellant has deposited Rs.3,00,000/- with the Trial Court. In view of the said, the Trial Court is directed to deposited the amount in FDR terms for two years in any Nationalized Bank.
