THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The primary grievance of the writ petitioner in this petition is the inaction of the respondent in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking for allotment of alternative site in Arkavathi Layout in lieu of Site No.1599 situated at 7th Block, F.E. of S.M.V.Nagara, Bengaluru, as the land where the site is formed by the Bengaluru Development Authority is de-notified.
2. It is incumbent on the Respondent Authority to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law. However, the same not being done, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be served in directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in an expedite manner, in any event, not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
