(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned advocate Mr.Abhiraj R.Trivedi for the applicant seeks permission to delete respondent No.2- Police Inspector, Channi Police Station, Vadodara. He states that he was impleaded as party respondent under misconception. The request is granted. Respondent No.2 is ordered to be deleted.
So far as respondent No.3 is concerned, he is represented by learned advocate Mr.S.P.Majmudar. Similarly, respondent No.8 is also represented by learned advocate Mr.Majmudar. So far as respondent Nos.5 and 7 are concerned, they are present before the Court and so far as respondent No.4 is concerned, he is represented by his father.
Respondent Nos.5 and 7 are present before the Court and states that they have nothing to submit on merits of the application. They requested that Court may pass the order in accordance with law.
Learned advocate Mr.Abhiraj R.Trivedi requests that fresh process of rule be issued qua respondent Nos.6 and 9 as remarks is only "rule not received back".
Taking that view into consideration, Registry is directed to issue fresh process of Rule qua respondent Nos. 6 and 9 returnable on 30th July, 2012.
