Notice issued by this Court has already been served to opponent No.3 Insurance Company. For the purpose of deciding this application, opponent Nos.1, 2/1 and 2/2 are not required to be heard.
We are satisfied with the explanation given in the application. We, therefore, allow this application and condone delay of 31 days caused in filing application for prosecuting the appeal as indigent person. Accordingly this application is disposed of.
