JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A. No.5676 of 2012) This is an application for recall of order dated 05.01.2012.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application.
Cause shown in the affidavit found satisfactory.
The application is allowed and the order dated 05.01.2012 is hereby recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.100/- in the Registry of this Court within a week, which shall be transmitted to Oudh Bar Association, Lucknow for purchase of the books for its Library.
