This petition in contempt alleges disobedience of an order dated 20 March 2013.
In an auction held on 12 January 2013, it appears that the petitioner had also participated and submitted a bid. The authorities thereafter appear to have taken a decision to invite fresh tenders. It was at that stage that the applicant approached this Court. As an interim measure the Court provided that the auction scheduled may be held and the petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in the same but no final decision shall be taken till 13 April 2013.
Whether this interim order was extended thereafter is also not disclosed on the record. It is evident from the own disclosure of the applicant that no lease deed has been executed pursuant to the auction conducted. The prayer as made in the application is misconceived.
The application is dismissed.
