The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 3.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 01 of 2019, under section 364 I.P.C. and in added Sections 302, 201, 120-B IPC P.S. Ahmadgarh District Bulandshahr.
Matter relates to a serious offence of murder, investigation is pending, no good ground is made out to quash the FIR.
The writ petition is dismissed.
