JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notices on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas on behalf of the respondent no. 3 Sri D.D.Chauhan, Advocate has put in appearance. Therefore, notice need not be served again to them.
Issue notice to respondent no. 4 to 9 through registered post returnable at an early date.
Learned counsel for the respondents may file counter affidavit within a period of six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List thereafter.
As an interim measure, without prejudice to the right and contention of the parties, the order dated 31.5.2010 passed by respondent no. 2 in the revision, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
