Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. The revision petitioner filed the civil revision petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India aggrieved by the order, dated 05.08.2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku in I.A.No.962 of 2013 in O.S.No.5 of 2002.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the trial Court ought not to have allowed the petition to recall the witness at a belated stage to mark a document which is insignificant.
4. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the document sought to be marked is essential for the purpose of the suit.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court thought it fit to reopen the case so as to enable the respondents to adduce further evidence.
6. In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit itself within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision shall stand closed.
