JUDGMENT / ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.,J ) Alleging that three persons by name Mukilesh @ Murali S/o Subramaniyam, aged 32 years, and Elumalai @ Raja S/o Govindasamy aged 38 years and Shankar @ White Shankar, aged 35 years, S/o Vandu, have been found missing, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.It is stated by the third respondent that these three persons were arrested in connection with a case in the Nemilicheri Police station in Crime No.43 of 2016, on different dates and they have been remand to judicial custody. The same is recorded. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infractious.
