JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P9 order by which the fifth respondent Society was superseded by the second respondent, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. The first petitioner is the President of the fifth respondent Society and the second petitioner is a member of the Managing Committee of the said Society.
3. Today, when this matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have challenged Ext.P9 order before the first respondent in Ext.P10 appeal and the matter is pending before the first respondent. He also pointed out that even though Ext.P9 order was passed as early as on 09.10.2014, the same was not implemented till date.
In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P10 appeal, within a period of one month from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and others who are interested in the matter. If Ext.P9 order has so far not been implemented, as pointed out by the learned W.P.(C) NO. 28202 of 2014 2 counsel for the petitioners, the same shall not be given effect to till a final decision is taken in the appeal by the first respondent as directed above.
