Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 (Additional Commissioner 'Administration' Prayagraj Zone Prayagraj) to decide Revision No.02028 of 2018 / Computer Case No.201802000002028, Pachhi Vs. State of U.P. and others, under Section 210 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
It is expected that respondent no.2 shall expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment on its way.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
