JUDGMENT :
Heard Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, counsel for appellants and Sri B. Srinarayana representing Sri M. Ravindranath Reddy.
2. The counsel for appellants submits that the appellants herein do not wish to pursue the appeal and the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. A letter dt.10.06.2014 to this effect has also been filed by the counsel for appellants in the Registry.
3. The counsel for Cross-Objectors also states that the cross-objectors do not wish to pursue cross- objections and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn.
4. In view of the above submissions, both the Appeal No.526 of 2003 and Cross Objections (SR) No.22454 of 2003 are dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
