Since Annexure-I, the list of events, is grossly incomplete as, it has not mentioned the material fact which gave raise to the cause of action for filing this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.39361 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
