The appellant filed W.P.(C)No.26397 of 2014 challenging Ext.P3 order passed by the Tahsildar and also seeking an order for the consideration of Ext.P4, an appeal filed before the 3rd respondent challenging Ext.P3 order.
2. The learned Single Judge by his judgment under appeal disposed of the Writ Petition directing consideration of Ext.P4 appeal. In this Writ Appeal counsel contends that the learned Single Judge ought to have also ordered that pending consideration of the appeal recovery proceedings should be kept in abeyance.

We have considered the submissions made and find that the petitioner did not seek such a prayer in the Writ Petition instead what he wanted was only a time bound consideration of the Ext.P4 appeal which was allowed by the W.A.No.1492 of 2014 2 learned Single Judge. In such circumstances, the appellant cannot ask for a relief in this Writ Appeal which he did not seek in the Writ Petition.
We do not find any merit in the appeal. Hence the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
