Ramachandran Nair, J. The main prayer is to direct the Family Court, Thiruvananthauram to issue the certified copy of the order on I.A. No.1476/2014 & I.A. No.1478/2014 in O.P.No.1515/2011 at the earliest or within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
2. Report was sought from the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram on 27.10.2014 and it is informed that the petitioner filed only an ordinary application for certified copy of the orders on 26.9.2014. It is further stated that orders are ready and it will be issued on yesterday (27.10.2014) itself.
In the light of the above, we close the original petition.
