JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to conduct the survey on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. Notice to the second respondent is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against him. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
