The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 29.11.2009 passed in Writ C No.39126 of 2019 and order dated 8.9.2020 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.2792 of 2020.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by Sri Vineet Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party, same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with and decision has been taken on 23.10.2021.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
