Rule.

This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, usually cannot interfere with administrative orders passed by the respondent as per service rules and regulations. It is also required to be noted that no employee can claim that he should be continued at the same place. It is now pointed out that the respondent has accepted the suggestion of the Court and placed the petitioners within the circle. Therefore the transfer orders are not stayed. However, transfer, if any, shall be subject to the result of this petition.
