JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. T.R. Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioners.
He has heavily relied on the order dated 24.2.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No.1591 of 2010. He has submitted that in several other petition preferred against similar transfer orders, the Court has passed orders on similar line.
Having regard to the said submissions by the learned advocate for the petitioner, Notice returnable on 23.1.2012. Direct service is permitted today.
