The following questions of law arise for determination by this Court in the present Second Appeal.

Whether in the facts and circumstances of the case both the Courts below were right in law in holding that the appellant was only a licensee of lands admeasuring 269 sq.mtrs. with the standing building of Sub-Station on the land?

Whether in the facts and circumstances of the case both the Courts below were right in law in overlooking the fact that the alleged license was an irrevocable license?
