Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in Roc. No. 01/TP-X/2008 dt. 13-10-2008 as arbitrary, illegal, and consequently direct them to desist from acting upon the same, pending final decision of the civil suits.
